If your child does not have permission to take the weekly covid test with our school and would like to grant them permission please use this QR code or link to sign up.
Steps:
- Scan the QR code or click the link for the school the patient is affiliated with.
- Select register as a guest
- Fill out all available information, including insurance information if available.
- Submit and the patient is now registered to begin testing.
