Off to a Great Start

Welcome back Rosemary Rockets! We are back to school and back to work.  The students are settling in and getting to know their teachers and the routines.  This week there is a lot of focus on learning the expectations and classroom routines.  

During the first month each class thas been moving fast, learning a lot.  Attention was paid to our school-wide behavior expectations and all students have learned our Three B's Chant.  In addition, we had a super assembly called The Best Me presented by the Kaiser Permanente Educational Theatre Group.  The presentation reminded students to exercise, minimize screen time, drink water rather than other drinks, and eat five fruits and vegetables a day.  

Our Three B's Chant is:

We know what we want to see.

We know how we want to be.

Respectful means that I don't fight.

I treat all people and all things right.

Responsible, how do I start?

It simply means I do my part.

Caring, what's that all about? 

Helping other people out!

Be respectful.  Be responsible.  Be caring.
