Rosemary Elementary School

The Morning Launch

The morning launch is an important part of the Rosemary School Day.  Every child is expected to be at the launch that begins at 8:00 a.m.  At the launch students line up with their classes and participate in an interactive routine.  The launch starts with the Pledge of Allegience and the 3 B's Chant.  After the chant we participate in a short exercise.  These days we will be doing crossovers in which students touch their right knee with their left elbow, then their left knee with their right elbow.  After the exercises Mr. Schmaedick shares a message with the whole school.  This week the focus is on participation.  Mr. Schmaedick will be emphasizing what it looks like when students are participating.

The chant for the week is:

Easy work is not enough!  To grow my brain needs work that's tough!

The same old brain work just won't do.  To grow my brain needs work that's new.

Join us for the launch!  It only lasts 7 minutes!
